Refund Policy

At Sukham Nest, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our guests. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

 

    • * 30% of the total amount will be deducted as cancellation charge for Reservation cancelled 30 days prior to the date of check in.

      * 50% of the total amount will be deducted as cancellation charge for Reservation cancelled 30-15 days prior to the check in date.

      * 75% of the total amount will be deducted as cancellation charge for Reservation cancelled 15-8 days prior to the chek in date.

      * 100 % of the total amount will be forfeited as cancellation charge for Reservation cancelled within 7 days prior to the check in date.

      * Approved refunds will be credited into original payment method within 5-7 business days

      1.2 Cancellation by Sukham Nest

 

    • In the unlikely event that Sukham Nest needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

 

 

 

2. No-Show Policy

 

    • If a guest fails to check in on the reserved date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

 

 

 

3. Early Check-Out

 

    • Guests who choose to check out earlier than their reserved stay will not receive a refund for the unused portion of their booking.

 

 

 

4. Changes to Booking Dates

 

      • Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    • If a booking date change is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.

6. Exceptions
